Toronto Sun Reports on Police Stand Down Order

The Toronto Sun published an article on June 30th titled "Warmington: Cops had hands 'cuffed". The article questioned "Who made the decision for police to stand down despite the fact the city was under attack? And why? Was it a police decision or political?" It is refreshing to see that the mainstream media is starting to ask the tough questions. The Toronto Sun reported that police were ordered not to stop the rampage of a "small group of thugs" despite the fact that "they could have rounded up all, or most of them, in no time." The Sun quoted an officer as saying that there was "a clear order from the command centre saying 'Do not engage' ".
